This fly is tied on a size 10 hook and represents a nymph or a drowned adult. The body is peacock herl with a silver tinsel rib wound through it, the tail of the fly is florescent red and the head of the fly is a Firefly red hot head bead. In front of the head there is a soft black hackle that lays back over the body in a spider style. This fly fishes well on a floating line and long leader as part of a team but also because of the colours of the fly it performs very well as an attractor pattern. Use this pattern on stillwaters during the warmer months of the year.
