This fly is tied on a size 10 hook and is a general nymph/attractor pattern, and is a traditional wet fly style of tying using non-traditional materials. The tail is chartreuse Krystal Flash, the body is Lumi foam with a pearl underside and the head is olive hackle swept back with three strands of pearl Krystal Flash over-laying it.  Fish this fly on all densities of line, as a single fly or as part of a team, and use either a slow retrieve or a fast strip. On a given day, all these techniques will work making this a very versatile pattern. Can be used on running or still water for the vast majority of the season.
