A size 16 Blue Winged Olive representation. It has an olive detached body and a blue dun hackle tied parachute style around a gray Antron post. The low riding style of this fly result in confident takes, when presented drag free to rising fish. It represents one of the most common of our upwinged flies from the free stone rivers of the north to the chalk streams of the south. Hatches are often large, beginning in late evening towards the end of May and continuing to the end of the trout-fishing season.
